Our Story
At Rose & Blooms, our story begins with a faith-rooted calling: to honor others with the kind of care, dignity, and warmth we would want for our own families. Our team is made up of compassionate, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individuals with more than 10 years supporting older adults in various care and hospitality communities.

Together, we bring experience that spans far beyond traditional caregiving. We’ve championed greater accessible inclusion for individuals with diverse abilities. We’ve designed technologies that power breakthroughs in biotech. And we’ve led exceptional hospitality programs rooted in comfort, service, and attention to detail.

Sola helped bring Rose & Blooms to life with a vision for a more personal approach to senior living—one centered on dignity, stability, and meaningful daily life.

As a local community member, she remains closely involved in the rhythm of the home, supporting families, staff, and the overall resident experience.

Working alongside the clinical team, Sola helps ensure every resident is personally known and thoughtfully supported within the warm, intimate environment that defines Rose & Blooms.

Emily, BSN, RN is a registered nurse with more than a decade of experience caring for older adults. She spent eleven years serving seniors within a continuing care retirement community, gaining experience across the full spectrum of aging.
​
Emily has extensive experience supporting older adults with complex health needs and is deeply committed to helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
​
Currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Adult-Gerontological Health at Johns Hopkins University, Emily helps guide the clinical oversight at Rose & Blooms—working closely with caregivers and families to ensure residents receive attentive, consistent, and compassionate care.
